"On Friday, October 6th, the high school hosted a feeder school night where members of the band program at MCMS, Riley, and Zion went to have a fun night with the high school band. The night started with some fun get to know you games and pizza. After pizza, the students got to play boomwhackers. Boomwhackers are plastic tubes that are pitched to different notes on the staff. After boomwhackers, students attended a masterclass with their instrument families and got to play their instruments with the high schoolers. We ended the night watching the high school's marching show, GEODE, The Beauty Within."
