Invitation To Bid-Window Replacement
Bids for the 2017 Window Replacement Program for Marengo Community Middle School, 816 E. Grant Hwy, Marengo, IL 60152 will be received by 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 14, 2017, at the Office of the Board of Eduation, Marengo-Union Elementary CSD #165, 816 E. Grant Hwy, Marengo, IL 60152, as a lump sum proposal for window supply and installation work.  Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 22, 2017, at Marengo Union Elementary CSD #165 District Office, 816 E. Grant Hwy, Marengo, Il 60152.   Documents may be obtained after February 14, 2017 from DG Digital Printing, 214 North Rockton Ave, Rockford, Illinois, 61103, Phone: 815-961-0000. 
Plan holders lists will be available at DG Digital Printing for examnation by any and all interested parties.  Copies of the list will be available by written requests submitted to DG Digital Printing, 214 North Rockton Ave, Rockford, Illinois 61103.

Invitation to Bid-Bus Purchase
Bids will be accepted for one (1) school bus for delivery August 1, 2017.  Specifications and bus trade-in information may be obtained from Mark Dickson, Transportation Director, 815-596-1667 or Lea Damisch, Superintendent of Schools, 815-596-1705.  Bids will be accepted at the District Office until 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 21, 2017, at which time the bids will be opened at Marengo Union Elementary CSD #165, 816 E. Grant Highway, Marengo, IL 60152, in Room 10.  The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or waive any technicalities of the bid process.
