cePTA’s Fall Festival
Save the date for family fun on Friday, October 24th from 6:00-7:30 p.m. at Locust School! Wear your costumes and get ready to have some fall fun! The fun begins with Games, a Dancing Cake Walk, Crafts, Trunk or Treat and The Lab!
Trunk or Treat is an event that provides a safe family environment for trick or treaters. Anyone willing to sign up will decorate their trunks and park their cars on the playground. At a designated time they will arrive, set up and open their decorated trunks to pass out treats. Please plan on 600 or more treats. Not so sure about doing it yourself—grab a friend and share the fun! If we do not have enough participation, this event will be cancelled.
This free Family Night is sponsored by cePTA
Principal Appreciation Day is October 24, 2014
Principals and educational leaders impact students’ lives in a significant way. The quality of a school’s learning environment and the ability of a school to do what is best for its students comes as a direct result of the leadership provided by the school’s Principal and leadership team. Courageous leadership is essential to effectively educate students and work to provide the resources and support they need to be successful in the 21st century. It is important that we recognize and thank our schools’ leaders today and every day
